Welcome to Futures High School! We are an independent charter high school in North Highlands area. Our school is part of Gateway Community Charters, Inc. a non-profit organization that governs the total of 6 independently operated charter schools. Futures serves about 300 students in grades 9-12. This and many other things that we do make our school a unique and vibrant learning community.

Futures High School focuses on strong academics and career training. We offer Advanced Placement courses along with college preparatory and vocational electives to make sure that everyone’s goals and aspirations are supported. Our small classes and low student/teacher ratios ensure individual attention and optimal learning for each student. The school maintains positive, safe, and productive environment so each student can reach his/her academic and personal potential.
